There is no established evidence to warrant advising people against using wireless devices like Bluetooth headphones, public health officials and scientists have told Reuters.
Noise-induced hearing loss from using earbuds usually takes a while. So, many people don't know they have a problem until it's too late. Signs of hearing loss include: ringing, buzzing, or roaring in the ears after hearing a loud noise.
But after a few weeks of using them, I started to notice a concerning pattern.

Using AirPods for over 90 minutes at a time may result in aching pain. The cartilage in your ears simply isn't meant to hold something nestled inside for hours at a time. Using earbuds for too long can cause your ears to start to hurt.
AirPods, like other Bluetooth headsets and earpods, will constantly transmit signals while they are in your ears, whether you are using them or not. Airpods sit right near your skull. They transmit RFR directly next to your brain and ear, and the RFR is absorbed into your brain and ear tissues.
Normal use of in-ear devices don't often cause a problem. But prolonged earphone use, such as if you leave them in all day, could: compress the earwax, making it less fluid and harder for the body to naturally expel.
The headphones are not safe to have in your ears while driving, for example, even if they're not playing any sound. Although today's in-ear headphones have great battery life, wearing them all day every day would likely wear their tiny batteries down unreasonably quickly.
While both earbuds and headphones present the risk of high decibel levels and long exposure, earbuds are actually more likely to cause damage. Since earbuds sit right inside your ear and are very close to the ear canal, they naturally increase the volume by around 9 decibels.

“As a rule of thumb, you should only use MP3 devices at levels up to 60% of maximum volume for a total of 60 minutes a day,” says Dr. Foy. “The louder the volume, the shorter your duration should be. At maximum volume, you should listen for only about five minutes a day.”

Falling asleep with levels above that isn't recommended at all. If you want to listen at a safe volume level, set it around 50% or less. You won't be having noise issues at night, so that the lower volume will be fine for your ears.

Since it's a kind of non-ionizing EMR, Bluetooth is generally safe for humans, and will not affect our health. In fact, Bluetooth has relatively low specific absorption rate (SAR) levels, further proving that it's not dangerous to humans.
