Back to the Settings app and scroll down to tap on the Camera option. Tap the Formats option and choose the High Efficiency option to save the photos as HEIC file format and change the iPhone photo resolution via the Settings app.
Go to Settings > Camera. You can select resolution and FPS for video & slo-mo. However, you cannot change the photo resolution. You you will also be able to choose between high efficiency, using HEIF/HEVC, or most compatible, using JPEG/H.
Follow these steps.
- Open your image in Photoshop.
- Choose Image › Image Size.
- Deselect Resample. This will automatically lock the current ratio of Width and Height.

To resize a photo in iPhoto '11, select the photo or photos you want to adjust and click on the File button from from menu bar. Then choose Export or hit Command-Shift-E. Adjust Resolution and Frame Rate
To adjust the resolution and frame rate of a video on iPhone 11, tap the options on the top right to toggle between HD or 4K and 24, 30, or 60 frames per second. Or open Settings > Camera > Record Video, where you can opt to shoot 720p, 1080p, or 4K video at various frames per second.

Answer: A: In Preview, it's under Tools > Adjust Size. Note I've unchecked Resample image. Do that first, then change the resolution to 300.
Open your image in Photoshop. Go to the Image Size dialog, check resample, and select "Preserve Details" in the corresponding dropdown menu. Make sure the Resolution is set to 300 Pixels/Inch. Set Width and Height to inches and adjust to enlarge your image.
